Job summary

Excelerate360 is seeking a fluent Italian-speaking Business Development Executive to join on a part-time basis. You will drive new business by identifying opportunities, initiating conversations via phone, email and LinkedIn, and turning prospects into qualified sales opportunities.

Youll own outbound activity, manage CRM in Salesforce, collaborate with Enterprise and Inside Sales, and work to hit monthly qualified-lead targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally IT technologies or services.
• Proven ability to prospect, multi-channel outreach and qualify opportunities.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and sales-engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify right companies and people in the Italian market and start conversations.
• Hunt for new opportunities and book high-quality meetings.
• Create Sales Qualified Leads for the sales team.
• Qualify opportunities against criteria and maintain CRM accuracy.
• Collaborate with Enterprise and Inside Sales to build pipeline.
• Track performance and continuously improve outreach approach.
• Hit monthly qualified-lead targets.
