Advancing People Multilingual Ltd in Nottingham is recruiting a Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor on a hybrid basis. The role requires 2 days in Nottingham city centre office and 3 days remote each week, supporting Italian-speaking customers via phone, live-chat and email.

The permanent role offers a £26,000 annual salary, full training, career progression, and attractive benefits. You will work with customers across Italian-speaking markets and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian.
• Proven customer service experience within a retail or business setting.
• Strong customer focus and professional approach.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good computer skills.
• Positive "can do" attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality customer service
• Assist with new customer's enquiries
• Process orders received via the telephone, fax, e-mail or internet
