Advancing People Multilingual Ltd in Nottingham is recruiting a Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor on a hybrid basis. The role requires 2 days in Nottingham city centre office and 3 days remote each week, supporting Italian-speaking customers via phone, live-chat and email.

Customer Service Advisor - Italian Speaking

Advancing People Multilingual are now recruiting for a Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor on a hybrid basis for a leading International company - 2 days per week in Nottingham.

As an Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor it will be your responsibility to work with customers, primarily those based in the Italian speaking region and covering the Italian speaking markets, providing excellent customer service via phone, live-chat and email ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.

The Role:

• Assist with new customer's enquiries
• Process orders received via the telephone, fax, e-mail or internet
• Be proactive in the area of Customer retention

The Person:

• Fluent in Italian
