Advancing People Multilingual is recruiting a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Advisor in a hybrid role with 2 days in Nottingham city centre and 3 days remote access. You will support customers primarily in Spanish, handling inquiries via phone, live chat and email with a focus on timely, professional service.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to retention and orders processing.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Proven customer service experience in retail or business setting.
• Strong customer focus and professional approach.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems may be beneficial.

Responsibilities
