Job summary

Deliveroo in Manchester is looking for a New Partner Experience Advisor to support Italian-speaking partners during their first two months on the platform, ensuring they have the tools, confidence, and strategy for long-term success.

You’ll collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to help partners hit KPIs, grow order volume through advertising, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain a world-class digital storefront.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills with an ability to lead outbound calls.
• Target-driven mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Partner Success: act as the primary relationship lead for newly signed Italian restaurants during the first 60 days.
• Consult on Growth: educate partners on menu optimization and advertising tools to drive orders.
• Liaison & Coordination: bridge partners and internal teams to ensure a world-class storefront.
• Build Lasting Trust: manage outbound calls to resolve issues and foster long-term partnerships.
• Operational Excellence: maintain records and hit daily targets and quality standards.
