Job summary

Deliveroo in Manchester is hiring a New Partner Experience Advisor to support Belgium partners during their first two months on the platform, ensuring they have the tools, confidence, and strategy for long-term success.

You'll join the NPX team, work cross-functionally with Sales and Account Managers, lead Belgium partner relationships, educate on menu differentiation and advertising tools, coordinate with internal teams like photography, and maintain records to meet targets and compliance.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Dutch/Flemish and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent phone presence with outbound calling experience.
• Proven ability to meet demanding targets with quality and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Salesforce knowledge desirable.
• Strong emotional intelligence for rapid rapport and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Belgium partner relationships and drive KPIs in first 60 days.
• Educate partners on menu differentiation and advertising tools to boost orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., photography) to keep storefront world-class.
• Make high-quality outbound calls to resolve partner issues and build trust.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance and timely task completion.
