Job summary

Deliveroo in Manchester is seeking a New Partner Experience Advisor (Dutch/Flemish speaking) to guide Belgium restaurant partners during their first 60 days on the platform. You will collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to ensure a smooth journey and growth from day one.

You will lead partner success, advise on menu and advertising usage, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain a world-class digital storefront while hitting targets and upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Dutch/Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent phone presence with the confidence to lead outbound calls.
• Ability to work toward demanding targets with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Partner Success: primary relationship lead for newly signed Belgium restaurants, ensuring they hit key operational metrics during their first 60 days.
• Consult on Growth: educate partners on how to make menus stand out and use advertising tools to drive order volume.
• Liaison & Coordination: bridge between restaurant partners and internal teams, e.g., photography team, for world-class storefronts.
• Build Lasting Trust: conduct high-quality outbound calls to resolve partner issues and build engagement.
• Operational Excellence: meet daily targets and maintain thorough records in systems for compliance.
