Job summary

Deliveroo is hiring a New Partner Experience Advisor for the Manchester market. You will act as the key link for newly signed restaurants in their first two months, helping them navigate our platform and set up for growth.

You’ll collaborate with Sales and Account Managers, lead partner relationships, advise on growth, coordinate with internal teams like photography, and manage outbound calls to resolve issues while maintaining high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone presence with regular outbound calls.
• Ability to work toward demanding targets with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft software; Salesforce knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner relationships for newly signed restaurants.
• Consult on growth and education to drive order volume.
• Coordinate between partners and internal teams to optimise storefronts.
• Build trust through high-quality outbound communication.
• Handle administrative lifecycle of multiple partners with precision.
