Job summary

Deliveroo in Manchester is seeking a New Partner Experience (NPX) Advisor who will be the vital link for newly signed partners during their first two months, ensuring they have the tools, confidence, and strategy to build for long-term success.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales and Account Managers to guide partners through our platform, educate on growth, and coordinate with internal teams to keep partner storefront world-class.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone presence with ability to lead outbound calls.
• Proven ability to work toward demanding targets with quality.
• Proficient in Microsoft tools; Salesforce knowledge desirable.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with partners and teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner relationships for newly signed restaurants and ensure engagement.
• Consult on growth; educate on menus and advertising tools to drive orders.
• Coordinate between partners and internal teams to keep storefronts up to standard.
• Make high-quality outbound calls to resolve partner issues promptly.
• Handle administrative lifecycle for multiple restaurant partners with precision.
