Job summary

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong phone presence and ability to make regular outbound calls to restaurant partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive Partner Onboarding: guide new restaurants through setup and readiness for first orders.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: provide high-level support with quick, accurate responses to partner queries.
• Collaborate Across Teams: work with Sales and Account Management for smooth transitions from sale to live delivery.
• Execute Daily Call Plans: maintain high outbound activity to hit KPIs while ensuring partner experience.
• Maintain System Integrity: keep internal systems up to date with partner data and progress.
