Deliveroo is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Agent in Manchester to join the Merchant Excellence team. You will handle inbound and live chat contacts for restaurant and grocery partners, aiming for fair, timely, and high-quality resolutions.

The role requires a strong customer-service mindset, autonomy, and excellent communication in Italian and English. The position is hybrid (3 days in-office) with 40 hours per week and rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and English with the ability to handle sensitive cases with empathy and clarity.
• Experience delivering customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and telephony platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own complex partner resolutions for Italian market partners.
• Champion merchant experience and drive high CSAT scores.
• Help merchants succeed by promoting value-add initiatives.
