Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator who is fluent in Italian to service B2B customers and support sales processes. The role is permanent, full-time, with 40 hours weekly and work-from-home Fridays.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in CX or sales, strong product knowledge, and proficiency with CRM platforms such as Hubspot or Zendesk, plus MS Office. Salary ranges £28,000–£30,000 with a discretionary bonus, and annual salary reviews.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience within a customer experience, customer support or sales role.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Good organisational skills and excellent customer care.
• Confident to develop the role and make it your own.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose customer product requirements and provide a solution.
• Manage the sales process from lead to customer.
• Provide quotes and pricing to customers.
• Process sales orders and quotations accurately.
• Consult with customers on correct product selections.
• Coordinate with internal warehouse, transport and engineering teams to meet lead times.
