Excelerate360 is seeking a driven Italian-speaking Business Development Executive for a part-time role, focused on building a pipeline in the Italian market.

You’ll hunt for new opportunities, craft multi-channel outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn, qualify leads, book meetings, and collaborate with sales teams to convert interest into pipeline. Remote work is optional, and strong prospecting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling IT technologies, solutions or services.
• Strong prospecting and new business development skills.
• Experience with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn and account-based prospecting.
• Able to handle a high volume of outbound activity with persistence and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Hunting for new opportunities and identifying high-potential prospects across the Italian market.
• Creating conversations through telephone, email and LinkedIn channels.
• Engaging prospects and building relationships from the first interaction.
• Booking high-quality meetings and creating Sales Qualified Leads for the sales team.
• Qualifying opportunities against defined criteria and maintaining momentum.
• Managing CRM activity in Salesforce with accurate data and feedback.
• Collaborating with Enterprise and Inside Sales to turn opportunities into pipeline.
• Tracking performance and refining outreach strategies.
