Job summary

East West Railway Company seeks an IT Vendor Analyst to manage the supplier lifecycle for digital, data and technology services. You will ensure contractual compliance, monitor performance, and provide commercial governance and reporting across IT, Commercial, Finance and Legal teams.

In this permanent role based in Milton Keynes, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximise value, delivery, and continuous improvement throughout contracts and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Background in managing IT suppliers and contracts is essential.
• Ability to gather requirements, scope, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Experience in monitoring performance against SLAs and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement and management of technology service providers through the contract lifecycle.
• Coordinate supplier reviews, actions and follow-ups with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain supplier records, contract registers, renewals and licences.
• Track milestones, renewals, and contractual variations; support RFx and evaluations.
• Assist with supplier mobilisation, transition and off-boarding activities.
• Monitor performance and report against SLAs and KPIs for key suppliers.
• Support budget planning, licensing management and supplier reconciliations.
