Job summary

King’s College London seeks an IT Supplier Management Analyst to support the IT Supplier Manager in administering supplier and contract management for IT services. The role handles ITSM queue requests, payment administration, and liaison with senior stakeholders, with occasional travel between Quintrell Downs and London campuses.

The 9-month fixed term contract requires strong communication, attention to detail, and ITIL awareness. Hybrid working and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Confident to identify, question and suggest improvements to current working methods and processes.
• Good attention to detail with organisational and process design skills.
• Good communication skills and customer focus.
• Diligent and thorough approach to problem solving.
• Willingness to complete ITIL Foundation.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and strategic approach of Supplier Management within King’s.
• Ensure Supplier Management policies and processes are adhered to, raising breaches.
• Support ITSM with planning and review of supplier spend, performance and contracts.
• Administrating and raising Purchase Orders for IT related spend.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure high quality IT services.
• Manage supplier performance and address under-performance and compliance failures.
• Maintain contracts and agreements on systems for accurate information.
• Produce high quality documentation and reports.
• Support and maintain the Supplier and Contracts Database (SCD).
• Assist with audits as required.
