We are seeking a tech enthusiast with a passion for problem-solving to support our cutting-edge learning environment at Peterborough College, part of the IEG Group. You will be the go-to expert for all things tech, ensuring students and staff have the tools they need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Become a Tech Hero: Provide top-notch 1st and 2nd line support for hardware and software, including PCs, Macs, mobile devices, and smart boards.
  • Tackle Tech Challenges: Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize disruption to the learning community.
  • Drive Innovation: Contribute to projects such as laptop roll-outs and room configurations to shape IT infrastructure.
  • Master the Digital Landscape: Support and maintain Office 365 and Google G Suite to empower users.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient support via phone, email, and in person.
  • Team Up for Success: Collaborate with colleagues and third-party providers to ensure a seamless IT experience.
  • Keep Things Running Smoothly: Manage support tickets, prioritise tasks, and maintain accurate documentation.
