Job summary
Young Epilepsy in Lingfield, Surrey, seeks an IT Systems & Data Technician to provide hands-on 1st and 2nd line support, manage Microsoft 365 services and business systems, and help shape a reliable digital workplace. You’ll be the go-to expert for helpdesk queries, with a focus on data quality, security and user experience, supporting SharePoint and cloud services to keep staff productive.

Qualifications
- Experience providing helpdesk or service desk support.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams and user administration.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail; proactive and customer-focused.

- Resolve technical issues and provide 1st and 2nd line IT support.
- Maintain data quality, security and user experience across systems.
