Onyx-Conseil is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our Godalming-based team. You will provide IT support across the business, manage Microsoft 365 and Windows tasks, and contribute to cloud/hybrid infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in IT support, strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks, and a desire to grow into infrastructure and cloud responsibilities while working office-based in Godalming.

IT Support Engineer
£30,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Training
Godalming, Surrey (Office Based)

Are you coming from a 1st/2nd Line IT Support, IT Engineer or Technician background, with experience supporting Microsoft environments, and looking for a role where you can broaden your technical skills?

This is an opportunity to join an established, specialist business in a varied, hands-on role covering IT support, systems administration, cloud infrastructure and technical support.

Alongside supporting users across the business, you'll work with customers and distributors to troubleshoot software and technical issues with the company's products. You'll also work as part of a small team supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory and Intune, while gaining exposure to the company's ongoing move towards cloud and hybrid infrastructure.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid IT support foundation who is keen to keep learning and move beyond a traditional support role and gain exposure to different technologies and the chance to take on infrastructure and technical projects as your experience develops.

The Role:

• Provide IT support to users across the business

The Person

• 1+ years' of commercial experience in IT support or systems administration


• Experience supporting Microsoft environments


• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and networks


• Keen to develop systems administration and cloud infrastructure knowledge


• Comfortable supporting both internal users and external customers


• Based within a commutable distance to Godalming
