Job summary

Young Epilepsy is seeking an IT Systems & Data Technician in Lingfield to provide hands-on 1st and 2nd line IT support. You will be the go-to expert for Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint, and user administration, resolving issues and driving ongoing improvements.

You will focus on data quality, security and a seamless user experience, maintaining systems and supporting cloud services so staff can work efficiently and confidently.

Qualifications

• Experience providing helpdesk or service desk support.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams and user administration.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in data quality and governance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive 1st and 2nd line IT support.
• Be the go-to expert for helpdesk queries and user issues.
