Job summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a 1st Line Support Technician for its hybrid Redhill site. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, owning issues from start to resolution and helping to expand your technical knowledge as the team grows.

You’ll gain exposure to Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, virtualization, backup solutions and hosted desktops, with clear opportunities to progress as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support/helpdesk is desirable.
• Able to troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues.
• Strong communication with customers over phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Work within a ticketing/IT service management system.
• Troubleshoot first-line technical issues.
• Communicate confidently with customers over the phone and by email.
• Manage multiple priorities while staying organized and calm.
