Job summary

Planteria Group seeks a proactive IT Technician to support our UK operations across multiple locations. You will provide front-line IT assistance, manage devices and infrastructure, and contribute to projects and improvements with the IT Manager.

You will work in a hybrid model, supporting users, onboarding new starters, and maintaining documentation while continuing to build expertise in emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or helpdesk environment.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting Windows 10/11.
• Experience managing hardware, software and user accounts.
• Experience creating user documentation and procedures.
• Exposure to corporate network environments.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• First-line IT support and internal helpdesk contact.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and access issues.
• Assist with onboarding and IT inductions for new starters.
• Maintain user guides and internal procedures.
• Support routine system maintenance and IT projects.
