Job summary

Jobsoid Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Operations Analyst to lead hands-on supervision of our IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, backup and disaster recovery, networking, and cloud services.

The position is based in London with a hybrid work setup: 2 days in the office (SE5) and some site travel. You will support and maintain the infrastructure, ensure services meet agreed SLAs, and provide technical expertise to IT projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing, designing, implementing and improving complex IT operations environments for a multi-site organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Degree level education with ITIL Foundation certification.
• Ability to work flexibly including evenings, weekends, and travel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Influence design, development, and configuration of infrastructure and provide operational support.
• Collaborate to ensure documentation, version control, and changes are managed with minimal user impact and security issues.
• Investigate future technologies to drive continual improvement of the environment.
• Provide QA for project readiness to ensure smooth transitions and minimal user disruption.
• Install, configure, and test infrastructure components to support user work.
• Own issues until resolution or handoff to a more knowledgeable owner.
• Proactively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive continual improvement.
• Proactively manage IT supplier services and performance to ensure ROI and rapid response.
• Ensure integrity, security, and availability of WAN/LAN components and services.
• Implement and support ITIL processes to maintain required departmental standards.
