Job summary

White Stuff is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide high-quality first and second-line support across our Head Office, Distribution Centre, Contact Centre and retail estate. This hands-on role focuses on solving problems, improving the colleague experience and developing repeatable IT processes.

The role is hybrid from our London Head Office with occasional travel to Distribution Centre and stores, and requires strong ticketing, communication and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in a first and second-line IT support environment.
• Experience diagnosing hardware, software, account and connectivity issues across multiple sites.
• Confident with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Entra ID; basic networking.
• Strong ticket ownership, clear communications and workload management.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support across Head Office, Distribution Centre, Contact Centre and retail locations.
• Support a mixed Windows, Mac, Android and Apple environment and related devices.
• Take ownership of incidents and service requests, prioritising and escalating as needed.
• Configure, install, maintain and troubleshoot software and hardware per IT processes.
• Support EPOS and retail technology, contributing to store initiatives and service improvements.
• Keep accurate tickets, documentation and asset records up to date.
• Identify recurring issues and implement practical solutions to reduce repeat demand.
• Contribute to IT projects and pilots with internal teams and suppliers.
• Help colleagues use AI-enabled productivity tools safely and effectively.
