Job summary

Healthcare Business Solutions UK Ltd is seeking an IT Support professional to deliver reliable, secure, and user-focused assistance across the organisation. The role is hybrid, based from our Mansfield office, and reports to the IT Support Lead.

You will manage incidents from initial contact to resolution and contribute to knowledge articles and documentation. Responsibilities include deploying and maintaining devices, supporting end-user access, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCSEs including English and Maths with a Level 3 IT qualification or equivalent.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) are desirable.
• Experience providing customer-focused IT support in a workplace or placement.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, account, printing and connectivity issues.
• Escalate complex or high-risk issues to IT Lead/IT Manager as required.
• Maintain asset and configuration records and support documentation.
