Job summary

PlanetRecruitment is seeking an enthusiastic IT Technician to join our dedicated IT Support Team in a multi-site education environment. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical support and assist in delivering high-quality IT services across approximately 2,000 users.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT support or technician role.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line technical support to staff and users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Support Windows desktop and laptop devices.
• Install, configure and maintain IT equipment.
• Support network infrastructure and connectivity.
• Maintain and troubleshoot printers, photocopiers, and classroom tech.
