Job summary

entrust IT is seeking an IT Support Engineer to cover Aldershot, Farnborough and the surrounding region. You’ll support diverse client environments, keep systems running and help improve IT infrastructures with a calm, methodical approach.

You’ll work across Windows, networking, Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies, delivering reliable technical support while managing projects and stakeholder expectations in a busy MSP setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience managing, operating and changing IT infrastructures.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.
• Proven experience supporting Windows-based networks.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in an MSP environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable technical support across diverse client environments.
• Manage Windows-based infrastructures, PCs, networks and servers.
• Support Microsoft 365 and modern workplace services.
• Implement solutions and deliver infrastructure projects.
