Job summary

Planteria Group is seeking a proactive IT Technician to support systems across UK locations. You will be the first point of contact for internal IT, troubleshoot issues, manage assets and contribute to major technology projects within a growing interior landscaping business.

The role combines day-to-day user support with opportunities to implement improvements, working under the IT Manager and engaging with colleagues across locations. Hybrid working is available, with 4 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, helpdesk or technical support.
• Experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365.
• Experience deploying, maintaining and troubleshooting Windows 10/11.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first-line response for IT queries and helpdesk tickets.
• Managing ticket responses and resolutions per SLAs.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking and user access issues.
• Supporting setup, deployment and onboarding of new starters, including inductions.
• Maintaining user guides, technical documentation and internal procedures.
• Monitoring hardware, equipment and licence requirements to meet future demand.
• Building relationships with external technology partners and service providers.
• Supporting routine system maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
• Assisting with IT projects and system upgrades.
• Conducting research to build expertise across technologies.
• Providing technical support to wider departments as required.
