Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person and remote IT support for staff across sites.
  • Act as main contact for support requests via various channels.
  • Log incidents and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Install software and patches across workstations.
  • Assist in routine maintenance tasks for data integrity and security.
  • Help improve efficiencies within the group through automation.
