Job summary

Pertemps is hiring an IT Support Technician in Marsh Mills, Plymouth. The role involves hands-on technical support and customer assistance across hardware, software and cloud-based solutions. You will handle installations, configurations and problem solving for a range of technologies.

Join a small, friendly, dog-friendly team with a relaxed environment and on-site parking. Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm; ASAP start with a £30,000 salary and growth opportunities within a technology-focused company.

Qualifications

Previous IT support or IT technician experience.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Experience with hardware, software and device configuration.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Providing 1st-3rd line technical support via phone, email, remote access and Teams
Setting up, configuring and troubleshooting IT equipment and software
Supporting Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions
Assisting customers with installations, updates and technical queries
Delivering customer training and support
Testing, maintaining and preparing devices for deployment
Supporting networking, connectivity and system integration projects
