Job summary

Pertemps Plymouth is seeking an IT Support Technician for a hands-on role in Marsh Mills, Plymouth. The position combines technical support with customer service across hardware, software and cloud systems.

You will provide 1st-3rd line assistance, configure IT equipment, and assist with Azure deployments while delivering user training in a friendly, dog-friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous IT support or IT technician experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with hardware, software and device configuration.
• Full driving licence preferred.

Marsh Mills, Plymouth | £30,000 | Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm

Are you an experienced IT professional looking for a varied role where you can combine hands-on technical work with customer support?

We're recruiting for an innovative technology company specialising in Body Worn Camera and cloud-based solutions. Working within a small, friendly and dog-friendly team, you'll support customers with installations, troubleshooting, device setup and ongoing technical support across a range of hardware, software and cloud-based systems.

The Role
