Job summary

Focusrite is hiring an IT Support Engineer to join the Infrastructure and Support team at the High Wycombe office. This full-time 12-month contract starts September 2026, with a salary between £25,000 and £35,000 per annum plus benefits.

You will respond to tickets, work on internal improvement projects, and help automate processes to deliver an excellent internal user experience. You’ll support a range of technologies, troubleshoot MacOS/Windows issues, manage O365, and work within tight SLAs.

Qualifications

• Essential experience: Office 365 Administration, MDM platforms (Apple Business Manager, Intune or Jamf), MacOS/Windows hardware & software troubleshooting, prior IT support experience.
• Beneficial: Azure/Entra ID cloud services, SharePoint Administration, Jira/Confluence administration, PowerShell scripting, Printer Troubleshooting, mobile device support, secure email gateways, ITIL-based service management, networking fundamentals, SSO configuration, AI tools usage, driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support tickets and drive internal improvement projects to enhance user experience.
• Automate internal processes and meet tight SLAs.
• Support users across technologies and debug complex integrations to keep environment available and secure.
