Focusrite is hiring an IT Support Engineer to join the Infrastructure and Support team at the High Wycombe office. This full-time 12-month contract starts September 2026, with a salary between £25,000 and £35,000 per annum plus benefits.
You will respond to tickets, work on internal improvement projects, and help automate processes to deliver an excellent internal user experience. You’ll support a range of technologies, troubleshoot MacOS/Windows issues, manage O365, and work within tight SLAs.

We are looking to hire an IT Support Engineer to join the Infrastructure and Support team working out of our High Wycombe office, supporting the wider Focusrite Group of brands: Novation, Focusrite, Martin Audio, Linea Research, TiMax, ADAM Audio, Sonnox and Sequential.
This contract role will start in September 2026 and is expected to last for 12 months.
You will be responding to support tickets and working on internal improvement projects to help deliver an amazing user experience to your internal customers, facilitating the automation of internal processes and working to tight SLAs.
The role will require you to support our users across a range of technologies and debug complex integration issues while making sure that you keep our environment available & secure.
You will be a self-starter with a passion for learning, a keen eye for detail with excellent time management skills, thus having the ability to manage multiple support tickets and project tasks at any one time.
As part of the wider global Infrastructure and Support team you will also help drive the technological choices of the business.
