Job summary

Focusrite plc in High Wycombe is seeking an IT Support Engineer on a maternity cover 12‑month contract to join the Infrastructure and Support team. You will respond to support tickets and help drive internal improvement projects to automate processes.

The role requires 365 administration, device management, and MacOS/Windows troubleshooting across the Focusrite brands. You should be a proactive self‑starter able to manage multiple tasks and meet SLA targets while keeping systems secure and

Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 Administration experience.
• MDM platform experience (Apple Business Manager, Intune or Jamf).
• MacOS and Windows hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience in another IT support role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support tickets and assist with internal improvement projects to automate processes.
• Maintain and improve user experience for internal customers with strong SLAs.
• Support users across a range of technologies and troubleshoot integration issues while keeping systems available and secure.
• Be a proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple tickets and project tasks.

IT Support Engineer - Maternity Cover

Term: Full-time, 12 month contract

Location: High Wycombe

Salary: £25000-£35000 pa + benefits

We are looking to hire an IT Support Engineer to join the Infrastructure and Support team working out of our High Wycombe office, supporting the wider Focusrite Group of brands: Novation, Focusrite, Martin Audio, Linea Research, TiMax, ADAM Audio, Sonnox and Sequential.

This contract role will start in September 2026 and is expected to last for 12 months.

You will be responding to support tickets and working on internal improvement projects to help deliver an amazing user experience to your internal customers, facilitating the automation of internal processes and working to tight SLAs.

The role will require you to support our users across a range of technologies and debug complex integration issues while making sure that you keep our environment available & secure.

You will be a self-starter with a passion for learning, a keen eye for detail with excellent time management skills, thus having the ability to manage multiple support tickets and project tasks at any one time.

As part of the wider global Infrastructure and Support team you will also help drive the technological choices of the business.

Essential experience :

• Professional experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration
• MDM Platforms (ideally Apple Business Manager, Intune or Jamf)
• Experience of MacOS/Windows - hardware & software troubleshooting
• Professional Experience working in another IT Support role
