Job summary

Maxwell Bond in the United Kingdom is recruiting an IT Support Engineer to join the growing IT support team in Slough. You will deliver 1st line support across Windows, Office, hardware, printers and business applications, while providing timely incident response and resolution.

You\'ll work in a friendly, collaborative environment with clear progression and access to training. This role offers hybrid working, 3 days on-site per week and a supportive IT team.

Qualifications

• 1st line IT Service Desk experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Office
• Experience with Active Directory and ITSM systems
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Comfortable working toward SLA and KPI targets

Responsibilities

• Providing 1st line support across Windows, Microsoft Office, hardware, printers and business applications
• Responding to IT incidents and requests via phone, email, chat and ticketing systems
• Troubleshooting issues and taking ownership through to resolution
• Managing and prioritising tickets in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs
• Escalating more complex issues to 2nd and 3rd line teams
• Keeping users updated and delivering excellent customer service
