Instant On IT is seeking a proactive IT Support professional for a hybrid role in Central London. You will provide onsite and remote support for clients, troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobiles, and cloud platforms, and travel within the UK as required.

The ideal candidate has strong Windows/Mac troubleshooting skills, Office 365 experience, and a track record in professional IT support. Hybrid work with some client-site visits. Competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, MS-700) or be actively pursuing with demonstrable experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support to clients, generally within walking distance of IOIT office, with UK travel.
• Travel to client sites across the UK and Worldwide as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktops, laptops, mobiles, and cloud platforms.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients.
• Stay current with Microsoft certifications and emerging technologies.
