The role is primarily office-based, Monday to Friday, with a driving licence required to visit client sites. Salary between £28k and £32k+ depending on experience, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, networking and customer service.
• Based on the Isle of Wight with a full driving licence.
• Able to explain technical concepts in plain terms.

Responsibilities

• Provide outsourced IT support to local businesses.
• Manage networks and cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365).
• Assist clients with cyber security basics and best practices.
• Explain technical issues clearly and work with the team.
