Job summary

Qureight in Cambridge seeks an IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day tickets, handle device, identity, and network issues, and support internal teams with specialist tooling. You’ll use runbooks and FAQs, investigate issues, and serve as the bridge to engineering when complex development work is needed.

Occasional after-hours support is possible to cover global sites. This role helps keep the business productive, reduces engineering burdens, and builds a knowledge base for faster issue

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical support, application support, IT support, or service desk role.
• Strong generalist troubleshooting across macOS and core SaaS platforms (Microsoft 365, Entra, Slack, Box, JIRA) and identity/access concepts (MFA, RBAC).

Responsibilities

• Provide general and specialist IT support across the org, including device, identity, networking, SaaS administration, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Triage and resolve queries using runbooks, FAQs, and investigations; escalate bugs or gaps to engineering.
• Own delegated queries end-to-end with proactive communication.
• Build and maintain runbooks, FAQs and internal docs to enable self-service.
• Bridge between supported teams and engineering for tooling-related queries.
• Support admin tasks like account setup, permissions, and data corrections.
