Job summary

VIQU IT is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer for a 12-month contract based in Cambridge. The role requires hands-on support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune and SCCM/MECM, plus strong endpoint management and ITIL/service desk experience.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot complex issues, support hardware and software deployments, and work closely with IT teams to resolve incidents in line with SLAs. Onsite, five days a week in Cambridge.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 for users and devices.
• Hands-on management of endpoints via Intune and SCCM/MECM.
• Experience with AD/GP and group policy.
• Familiarity with ITIL/service desk processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows, hardware, software and peripherals.
• Manage endpoints with Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
• Install, configure and maintain operating systems and software.
• Handle patching, updates and device lifecycle management.
• Assist with asset management and CMDB accuracy.
