Job summary

Qureight Ltd is seeking an Integration and Automation Engineer in Cambridge to automate and connect Box, Zendesk, JIRA, HiBob, and Pipedrive. You will own the automation backbone, ensuring regulated systems are validated and delivered with integrity.

Ideal candidates will combine scripting skills with experience in SaaS integrations, AI tooling, and clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and business enablement.

Qualifications

• Scripting ability to build and maintain integrations against REST APIs and webhooks.
• Experience configuring and integrating Box, Zendesk, JIRA, or equivalents beyond admin use.
• Comfort with Git and change-managed delivery workflows rather than ad-hoc scripts.
• Ability to work with AI/LLM tooling (Claude Code preferred) for practical outcomes.
• Clear written communication documenting what was built and why for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP, ISO 27001, medical devices, or clinical trials) is a bonus.
• Familiarity with CSV concepts and information security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Box automation and AI: design and build Box automations with AI metadata extraction.
• Customer support tooling: configure Zendesk AI features for faster, consistent support.
• Cross-system integration: maintain integrations across Box, JIRA, HiBob, Pipedrive.
• GxP-aware delivery: ensure automation is version-controlled, reviewed, and validated.
• Requirements & prioritisation: work with departments to size and prioritise opportunities.
• Operate and maintain: end-to-end monitoring, error handling, and change management.
