Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to keep our on-site IT infrastructure running smoothly across our facilities in the UK.

You’ll support end-user equipment, assist with network projects, and help deploy IT systems for new buildings, ensuring minimal downtime and reliable performance. You’ll work with a team that values practical problem solving, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting across end-user devices and IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Windows, Mac and/or Linux in a corporate setting.
• Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking (C1 or higher).
• Valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle for daily use.
• Ability to work on-site at Amazon facilities.

Responsibilities

• Support end-user equipment and your building’s IT infrastructure.
• Help with key network projects, like IT setup of new Amazon buildings.
• Suggest new processes that improve IT operations at sites.
• Train and mentor IT Technicians.
• Troubleshoot IT incidents and implement infrastructure improvements.
