Better Bournemouth, England, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to own and run internal IT. You will manage Microsoft 365, CRM, and telephony, support daily IT issues, onboard new starters, and lead desk moves and process improvements in a dynamic, friendly team.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and user access issues.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• VoIP/telephony management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive IT support to all employees.
• Administer and optimise Microsoft 365 and CRM/telephony systems.
• Set up new starters with devices and access; deliver IT inductions.
• Maintain hardware/software inventory and lifecycle tracking.
• Ensure IT security standards including MFA and device encryption.
• Keep IT documentation up to date.
• Identify improvements to IT processes and infrastructure.
• Support Rentals with remote phone system installations.
