Job summary

Better is looking for an IT Support Engineer in Bournemouth to own and run the internal IT environment. You will manage Microsoft 365, the CRM platform, and telephony systems while overseeing day-to-day IT support.

The role includes onboarding new starters, IT inductions, desk moves and process improvements to keep the team productive and secure. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software and access issues, administer 365 apps, and support HubSpot or another major CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support for staff in a corporate environment.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Familiar with VoIP systems and telephony management; experience with CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and run Better's internal IT operations.
• Manage Microsoft 365, CRM and telephony systems; ensure secure access for all staff.
• Lead onboarding, IT inductions, desk moves and process improvements; maintain IT documentation.
• Set up new starters with devices and accounts; deliver IT inductions.
• Identify improvements to internal IT processes and system reliability.
