While were known for our Mac expertise, many of our client environments are Microsoft-first and this role will focus on delivering expert support in Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD and Windows 11, while also contributing to Mac support where needed.

The Role

As an IT Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering on-site and remote support to both internal users and external clients. Youll be supporting a mix of Windows and Apple devices, primarily within cloud-based environments (Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace), as well as some hybrid infrastructure.
