Responsibilities

• Be the friendly first point of contact for IT support.
• Deliver helpful, clear, and professional assistance to colleagues.
• Identify and troubleshoot faults and resolve incidents within SLA targets.
• Support mobile technology and configure software and hardware.
• Set up PCs, laptops, and MacBooks; assist with IT stores and equipment.
• Assist with IT setup for internal events and training.
