Job summary

QA Limited is launching an exciting service desk apprenticeship in the UK, offering hands-on experience with our systems and a clear path to professional growth. You will learn to book jobs in Concept, raise purchase orders, and support Accounts Payable using Dynamics 365, while building essential customer and stakeholder relationships.

Under the guidance of a dedicated coach and on-site mentor, you’ll develop IT and communication skills, complete a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF

Qualifications

• PC skills – this will be taught during your apprenticeship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Log jobs in the booking system and raise purchase orders.
• Provide digital support to Accounts Payable using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders; manage Teams and shared drives.
• Support the project team through estimating and tender processes for maintenance projects.
• Proactively reduce WIP and chase supplier invoices to ensure timely invoicing.
