Job summary

QA is offering an 18-month Cloud Support Specialist apprenticeship, based in our UK offices, supporting the Global Service Desk with hardware builds, deployments and walk-up support. You will gain practical experience while completing a structured apprenticeship to become a well-rounded IT Support Engineer.

Entry requirements include 3 GCSEs (4+), Maths and English at 3+. Working hours are 9am-5pm with a range of benefits and a discretionary bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist UK offices with hardware-related requests and first-line IT tasks.
• Perform laptop builds, hardware deployments and equipment disposals.
• Support walk-up users and participate in equipment collections.
• Contribute to 18-month structured Cloud Support Specialist apprenticeship.
• Progress to more complex duties based on skill and business needs.
