Next2IT Ltd is offering a genuine first step into IT with an apprenticeship on the service desk. You'll learn hands-on: triaging tickets, setting up laptops and accounts, and supporting real users at real businesses. No experience required; we value curiosity, reliability and how you treat people, and we'll teach you the technology.

As an apprentice, you will study toward your qualification with dedicated time each week while gaining exposure to senior engineers and real-world IT tasks.

• Ability to greet users and communicate professionally.

Responsabilités

• Answer and triage service desk calls and tickets with a friendly, professional manner
• Build and configure laptops, desktops and mobile devices for client onboarding
• Administer user accounts, mailboxes and permissions under supervision
• Document fixes and keep client records accurate
• Study towards your apprenticeship qualification with dedicated time each week
