Qualifications

- Combination of qualifications and experience can be considered.
- UK ENIC equivalence may be required for international qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd Line IT support and act as escalation point for issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS and endpoint problems.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) and Entra ID.
- Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy.
