Job summary

Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP is recruiting a Level 2 IT Support Apprentice in our Bristol office. You will gain a formal IT qualification (Microsoft Azure Cloud Support Specialist Level 3) while receiving paid on-the-job training.

The role sits in IT Services, supporting the Level 2 team with deskside and endpoint troubleshooting, M365 support, and AV/printing tasks. You’ll work with Service Desk, Level 2 analysts, and IT training teams, participate in projects, and travel to other offices for

Qualifications

Interest in IT and a genuine willingness to learn and grow in a professional services IT environment.
Experience with basic troubleshooting and logging issues accurately is helpful but not required.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, Windows 11 and device management tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality deskside IT support to colleagues across the firm.
Assist with endpoint troubleshooting and user access issues; resolve incidents and document resolutions.
Support Microsoft 365, Teams, and AV equipment; assist with printing/scanning and mobile devices.
Contribute to knowledge management and ticketing processes.
Assist on hardware refreshes, office changes, deployments, and device migrations as part of projects.
