Job summary

QA is offering an IT apprentice opportunity in our Bristol office. The role sits in IT Services and supports the Level 2 team, training through a Microsoft Azure Cloud Support Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship with paid on-the-job training.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in deskside support, Microsoft 365, device support and incident resolution while learning in a live professional services IT environment. 35 hours per week, with travel to training locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 IT support to colleagues across the firm.
• Assist with deskside support, endpoint troubleshooting and Microsoft 365 support.
• Contribute to knowledge base, incident resolution and IT training activities
